We have used Top Care twice this summer to install pool equipment and are delighted to leave positive feedback.
I had tried many different companies (including Pool companies) and had nothing but bad service and high price estimates for the work we required. When I finally called Top Care, I was given a reasonable quote and date for the work to be done. They showed up on time, were pleasant and got the work done as promised. No hassle!
Would definitely recommend Top Care for any of your pool equipment needs!

I recently contracted Topcare HVac to replace my wornout pool heat pump . I immediately checked online re reviews and was impressed .I was very pleased not only with the product,and the price but the level of service we received .The receptionist was polite ,helpful and prompt. Ultimately the job was done to my complete satisfaction.

We contacted this company to take a look at our AC that stopped working. They came in the following day. Mo was polite, took the time to explain what was happening, and didn't leave any mess. He replaced the capacitor, but he didn't have fuses available (which I highly recommend keeping). After I bought and replaced them, the AC still didn't work. Mo came back and addressed other fuses in need for replacement (luckily, I had extra ones) as well as the need of charging the freon (which they had available). In general, it was a good experience.

We contacted this company late in the evening after our furnace had to suddenly be shut off due to a gas leak. They responded quickly and provided a general quote over the phone. The next day, their office confirmed that they had the required part and booked us in the for repair the same day. Mo was polite, efficient, and didn't leave any mess. Because of Topcare, we were without heat for less than a day! Thank you!

You seem like a good company but here’s a suggestion, don’t speed, weave in and out of traffic, play on your phone and for all safety sake stop tail gating in a company truck. What I just witnessed on the 401 was brutal. Do better.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an AC company. Please do not use them not only did they not provide any idea that there would be a service charge, their technician came did absolutely nothing and then they charged us $135 for doing absolutely nothing.
When talking with management they were completely rude and refused to do any service at all. Beware of this company.
