They answered all of our questions and on the day of the installation, they arrived on schedule with all of the equipment and our brand new air conditioning unit. Ordered new Goodman air conditioner and furnace units to be installed by this company. The service contractors were right on time and came with everything they needed to get the job done.It took them a few hours to complete the service call and during the installation, they kept me up to date... with how everything was going.In the end, Muhib showed up and check the contractors work and explaining to us on how to use our systems. Ridvan & Maiwand, came out to repair my AC today…they were right on time, walked me through what they were doing, replaced the evaporator coil, pressure tested, waited to make sure everything was working perfectly, never left any mess, would remove their shoes upon entering and re-entering the... house each and every time, were super friendly and respectful! This is the 4 th time I call/use them (2 for furnace repair/maintenance & 2 for AC repair/maintenance) and it’s been the same amazing experience, each time. Isabelle, I believe is the office manager, is wonderful! Prompt, always answers and gets back to her clients and is very kind. Muhib the owner, is outstanding! I dealt with him, the first 2 visits and was also detailed, kind & professional. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so, with this wonderful company. They’re Honest and Fair, with their pricing…and you know if there was ever a problem, all you have to do is call, and they’ll be there. 5 STAR PLUS Rating, for Muhib & His Team!! Prior to choosing Topcare Hvac, I contacted several other Hvac companies. I would highly recommend Muhib. He provided a quick turnaround at a reasonable price and was very responsive and professional. Got ourselves a new furnace installed and we will be getting a new air conditioner when the... weather gets warmer. Called Topcare Hvac yesterday early in the morning, when our furnace stopped working. We tried everything to get the furnace working again but it would not. Muhib and his team came to the house within an hour, and looked into it. Since our furnace was really old, I mean 15+ years old. He... suggested that we get a new furnace installed as parts for this one would be expensive and other things could go wrong in a year or two. We called other furnace contractors but Muhib was able to give us a better price which we were very happy with and decided to go with Keeprite furnace.Very professional, knowledgeable, and charged a fair rate. Will absolutely use Topcare Hvac for future furnace and hot water tank repairs.read more
