With the concerns surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, TopCare HVAC of Burlington has decided that as a result of the collective responsibility we possess, we need to assure our staff and clients of good health.
As a company, we will continue abiding by the recommendation of the Public Health Agency of Canada and make our work environment is safe a round the clock. The precautions below will be put in place to keep you, your families and our employees safe:
In addition, any employee who winds up unwell has been advised to report it to us and recommended to stay at home.
All of our staff are social distancing appropriately and at all times.
Walk-in visits are prohibited as much as possible. Our clients have to set up or schedule an appointment.
For the well-being of both our clients and staff, we are asking any client who has a scheduled house call and the customer who is being served three important questions prior to the house call or the visit to our office:
If any one of the answers to these questions is affirmative, the scheduled visit cannot happen, we cannot expose you or our staff to the risks involved. All these measures are in place for your safety and ours as well.
We appreciate your patience and co-operation during this difficult season and we will work together until we can beat the virus fully.
