In order to support our workers and contractors in conducting business in a morally sound, compliant, and ethical manner, we have adopted this code of ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sustainability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re dedicated to running our company sustainably and morally. We take into account how our choices and deeds will affect the environment, society, and economy. Our goal is to make more constructive contributions to society while reducing harmful ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These values serve as our compass and demonstrate our dedication to operating in a morally upright, accountable, and legal manner. Discipline up to and including termination of employment or business relationships will be applied for violations of this code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diversity and Inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We respect inclusivity and diversity in our workforce as well as in our business partners. We honor and respect the distinctions between individuals, groups, and worldviews.
